Sam is a fully qualified damp and timber surveyor and holds the CSTDB qualifications. When Sam passed his exams, he recorded the highest marks for the whole of the UK and was awarded PCA student of the year. When he joined the company, he initially completed the industry’s specialist apprenticeship programme; the first step on a specialist path to a career in the preservation industry and was awarded his NVQ level 2 qualification diploma. He has also sat and passed the PCA technicians exam for Structural Waterproofing (PCAQT).
Sam lives at home with his wife, daughter and two cats, Theodore and Smokey. Sam likes to venture off to new places as often as possible, especially where the sun is involved.
