Outstanding Customer Service Award – Four Years in a Row
We are delighted to announce that we have won the Outstanding Customer Service Award for the fourth consecutive year.

Community and Fundraising Award
In addition to our customer service recognition, we were also honoured to receive the Community / Fundraising Award.
Supporting our local community and fundraising for meaningful causes is something we strongly believe in. This award recognises the time, effort, and commitment invested by our team in giving back beyond our day-to-day work.

Industry Leadership at the PCA Conference
Alongside our awards success, we were also pleased to see our Director, Andrew Bradshaw, invited to contribute to the conference programme in a leadership capacity.
Andrew was asked to chair a conference session on Retrofit, supporting discussions around best practice, innovation, and the future of the built environment. Retrofit continues to play a critical role in improving building performance, sustainability, and occupant wellbeing, and the session provided an important forum for knowledge sharing across the industry.
In addition, Andrew was invited to sit on the expert debate panel discussing Awaab’s Law, focusing on its implementation and impact. The panel explored the practical and regulatory implications of the legislation and its importance in raising standards and protecting residents.
Being invited to chair a session and contribute to an expert panel reflects Andrew’s experience, expertise, and standing within the sector, as well as our wider commitment to professionalism, thought leadership, and continuous improvement.
