We are extremely proud to announce that we have recently won two prestigious awards at the 2022 PCA Best Practice Awards Dinner, held at The State, University of Warwick.
RTC won the PCA Contractor of the Year for medium to large businesses for the whole of the UK, as well as the PCA Outstanding Customer Service Award, which was assessed by a panel of expert judges.
What makes this even more special is that we were the PCA Contractor of the Year in 2020, as well.
The Contractor of the Year awards are judged based on the audits of all PCA members throughout the UK and, to be recognised as the most successful company, is something we are extremely proud of.
We were also the winner of the PCA Outstanding Customer Service Award 2022 which was assessed by a panel of expert judges.
The Judges said: “The company uses a ‘customer service check list’ to ensure promises to customers are kept, alongside a ‘customer journey’ video series to help customers understand the service they need and what to expect at each stage of the process.
Continual improvement and ‘doing what we say we will do’ is at the heart of this company’s ethos. A clear winner – this is how to do it!”
The PCA handed out a series of accolades to member businesses and individuals that showcased the highest level of professionalism and knowledge.
