The PCA Promise
Thanks to the Property Care Association (PCA), clients of RTC have an extra level of peace of mind due to the PCA guarantee scheme, ‘The PCA Promise’. This is a warranty which covers timber treatment and damp-proofing works, as well as structural waterproofing and remedial wall ties.
Under the warranty, the PCA gives coverage to its members so that we can offer a guarantee on behalf of the PCA to cover clients for work in progress and deposits.
This insures that should the unthinkable happen and RTC cease to exist, another PCA contractor will complete the work to the original specification – at no extra cost.
The PCA Promise acts as another level of reassurance for our clients and provides total peace of mind that we care not just for property, but for our clients as well.
Professional service, professional guarantees and professional insurance
Here at RTC, we believe you should have the highest possible levels of consumer protection. We carry industry specific Professional Indemnity, Public and Employers Liability and Product Guarantee Insurance. This, together with the PCA Promise detailed above and the QANW guarantees, ensure any advice given by us or contracts carried out, are completely protected.
If our competitors cannot offer these levels of protection, and have fully qualified surveyors and technicians, are PCA members and TrustMark approved, you may want to ask why not?
