Andrew, partner, and co-founder of RTC, is involved with the ‘Founders 4 Schools’ programme, which helps mentor and inspire young students who are about to embark on their career journey.
This is particularly poignant to Andrew, as he believes in the investment in young people. RTC themselves have helped develop young people, some of which are now experienced members of team RTC.
