    The owners of a 7-bedroom, mid-terraced property located near the centre of Lytham St Annes in Lancashire sought to convert their damp and underutilised cellar into a functional, stylish, and relaxing adults’ chill-out space. Inspired by a recommendation from a previous successful cellar conversion in the area, they envisioned a private retreat that would include a home cinema, wet room, and a bespoke sauna, with access from both inside and outside the property.

    Basement Conversion in a Victorian Double-Fronted Property (c.1860)

    Domestic Wine Cellar Renovation

    A residential property in Bispham Green, near Ormskirk, required a complete renovation of its wine cellar, which had become unusable due to significant water ingress. The cellar, originally designed for wine storage, suffered from persistent dampness caused by groundwater and leaks from the courtyard above. A comprehensive waterproofing and drainage solution was necessary to restore the cellar to a functional and dry condition.
